I offer a selection of different courses and formats. Group or private lessons, tailored to your needs, in English or German.
REFORMER
The reformer can individually extend individual mat Pilates exercises. Here, the range of motion is also trained, while conventional Pilates training focuses more on muscle building and strengthening.


MAT
PILATES
Matwork Pilates uses body weight as resistance to tone and strengthen muscles and increase endurance. Mat Pilates is easily adaptable to all ages and fitness levels.
YOGA
Yoga aims to unite mind and body. Practices are used in which both tension and relaxation are important with the aim of achieving relaxation, more energy, improved concentration, mental clarity, vitality and self-confidence.


PERSONAL
TRAINING
Personal training in Pilates or yoga can help you learn proper form, avoid injury and maximize your results. In a 1:1 situation, we can also adapt the exercises to your physical limitations and train you to achieve your goals more efficiently.
